how it works

your part!

You as a specialized consultant registers with our site. You will be asked to upload your Microsoft Word formatted resume, and fill out a brief bio on yourself. At that time, you will be directed to the "Agreement" form. This form is for us to have your permission to actively "market" you and your abilities, for the purpose of you getting a contract. It also allows us to represent you, for the purpose of Negotiations, Contracts, Payroll and Billing and any needed travel or interview/hiring requirements from the company(i.e. Drug Tests, Background Checks, etc...). This is not an exclusive agreement, so you can continue to search for a contract or new position on your own! No Strings Attached!!

our part!

Richmond Technology Group, LLC is an IT Professional "ONLY" recruiting company. We do not handle Teachers, Administrative Assistants, Clerical, Warehouse Workers or Executives. Even though all these people are important, we focus on the "IT Elite"only consultants. That way we can make sure we have a good grasp on a smaller group of people and their skill sets; thus providing better customer service, instead of trying to handle everyone! When you sign up, someone from our staff will contact you according to your contact preferences. We will verify your information, find our what your "niche" abilities are, then actively market you to Hiring Managers and Recruiters in the locations you selected!

When a client and you come to an agreement to work together, we supply a contract to make this happen. Our legal team makes sure you as the "Consultant" are protected, and have your best interests in mind. Once the Hiring Manager or Recruiter signs the contract, we setup an account for you to keep track of your time, expenses, contract renewals, and sign on bonuses (if Applicable).

On a scheduled time (according to the terms of the contract) the company you are working for, will be billed for the time and expenses you have incurred for that week. Even though most all companies request Net 30 terms with us, we still make sure you receive a check twice a month, until your contract either expires, you hire on with the company, or the contract is terminated for some reason. We can even help you with insurance(medical, general liability, and Workman's Compensation) if needed. (Not all companies need this from you. Normally, our insurance policies will cover you except for some rare cases.)

how we get paid!

We actually charge only a very small "Administrative Fee" for our services. This pre-negotiated fee is requested from the Hiring company and not from you. The fee will be deducted from the gross amount of the payments sent from the Hiring company. YOU do not ever receive a bill, YOU are not required to pay us, YOU are not on the hook for anything, except performing your elite skills!

How can YOU lose?
